DELIVERY INFORMATION.
- Toysmart does not offer delivery service and as such it will not be held liable for any damage or loss of your product during shipping/delivery.
- Shipping/delivery is arranged with third party courier services.
- All charges are negotiated with courier after checkout
- Orders placed prior to 11am will be dispatched same business day. Please note we only dispatch orders Monday to Friday.
- Your order will be dispatched the next business day for all orders placed after 11am.
- Once your order is dispatched you will receive an alert indicating the name and contact information of your courier as wellas the estimated time of arrival.
- Orders are shipped Monday to Friday every week of the year.
- Bulky Items – large items or large orders being sent to remote & regional areas may not be subject to standard dispatch orders and may incur additional charges or may not be able to be delivered if appropriate shipping carriers are not available.
- All shipping is calculated at checkout, however if you have an enquiry about shipping please contact us.
